Quabbin and its partners are often the first outside capital provider to invest in the businesses we own.

Quabbin will take a disciplined approach to providing governance, financial, acquistion, strategic, and recruitment skills to its management partners.
Investment Criteria
EBITDA between $5 million and $10 million.
Family or entrepreneurially owned.
Products or services with a proprietary advantage.
Technology enabled business processes.
5 percent annual growth.
Exit strategy based on 3 to 5 year ownership.
Growth plans with specific acquisition prospects.
